Clarify Health Announces Manisha Shetty Gulati as Chief Customer Officer and SVP Payer and Provider

Former McKinsey partner to lead the company’s payer and provider businesses and customer success teams

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – April 24, 2019 /BUSINESS WIRE/ – Clarify Health Solutions, Inc., a pioneer in advanced healthcare analytics and care optimization, announced today that Manisha Shetty Gulati has joined the company as Chief Customer Officer and SVP of the Provider and Payer businesses. Gulati comes to Clarify from McKinsey and Company with more than 15 years of experience supporting healthcare organizations to improve performance.

Gulati will lead the commercialization and scaling of Clarify’s growing Payer and Provider Solutions portfolio. In 2019, Clarify has debuted leakage, inpatient variation, risk stratification, network value optimization, and total cost of care management solutions. This rapid introduction of new products has been fueled by the power and flexibility of Clarify’s Care Prism analytics platform, which now brings together over 20 terabytes of clinical, claims, social determinant, lab, and prescription data covering over 150 million lives. Inspired by pioneering financial services and consumer industry analytics platforms, Clarify Care Prism delivers far more precise patient risk stratification and cohorting. This enables the actionable insights healthcare organizations demand and deserve.

Gulati will also guide the achievement of customer impact as the leader of the implementation and customer success teams. Gulati’s appointment further cements Clarify’s deliberate investment in building a world-class customer success team.

Prior to joining Clarify, Gulati was a Partner at McKinsey working in healthcare across the Health Systems and Medical Products & Life Sciences practices. Her focus was on strategic growth, commercialization, and building innovative business models and collaborations for her clients. Gulati worked extensively on how different stakeholders in the healthcare system can integrate digital technologies and data in new ways, take on risk through different payment models, and launch software and service offerings.
