Clarify Health Appoints William Atkins CFO as the Company Heads Into its Next Growth Phase

Company continues expansion of executive team with the addition of seasoned finance and operations leadership

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – May 13, 2019 /BUSINESS WIRE/ – Clarify Health Solutions, Inc., a pioneer in advanced healthcare analytics and care optimization, announced today that William Atkins has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Atkins will oversee Clarify’s finance and general and administrative functions.

Most recently, Atkins was Chief Financial Officer of Airobotics, where he was responsible for finance, human resources, and IT. Prior to Airobotics, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NYSE-listed Calix, where he was responsible for finance and legal. He has also held CFO positions at Rivada Networks and at Intelsat. Earlier in his career, he was a senior investment banker at Morgan Stanley. With over 30 years of experience, Atkins has extensive exposure to the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
